Hi, I’m Tanya — the face behind Buddy’s Dog Services.

My passion for dogs runs deep. I share my life with two beautiful cockapoos, Cruz and Albie, who inspire me every day to keep learning, growing, and nurturing the special bond between humans and dogs. Alongside them, I also have three amazing boys who share my love for the outdoors, adventure and not to forget football!
I believe every dog deserves a relationship built on trust, understanding, and kindness. My ethos centres around supporting each dog’s emotional well-being, promoting calmness, confidence, and happiness through positive, reinforcement-based methods. I’m a certified dog trainer with the Dog Training College and I’m committed to continued professional development through courses, books, and podcasts.
My love for hiking and being outdoors means that every walk is designed to be more than just exercise — it’s a chance for dogs to explore, sniff, and engage with the world around them in a safe and enriching way. I also have a special interest in canine body language, nose work, and scent activities, offering dogs important mental stimulation alongside their physical adventures.I always take the time to understand each dog’s individual needs, providing calm, thoughtful support that helps them thrive.
With me, your dog is not just walked — they’re nurtured, understood, and treated like one of my own.
